Many years of research and development, numerous projects, and an ever-growing range of features – at this year’s Shipping Technics Logistics, we will show how the individual pieces of the puzzle come together.

As part of the MAGPIE research project, we were already able to demonstrate how our systems work together during an autonomous terminal-to-terminal voyage: from automatic route planning and undocking to navigation including collision avoidance, and finally autonomous docking.

In Kalkar, we are bringing these developments to our booth and showing how individual assistance systems are gradually evolving into an interconnected overall system for inland shipping.
